Booking & Cancellation Policy

Your session is a sacred time set aside just for you. When you book, I hold that space with care and intention — and I ask that you honor it too.

Booking:

Payment is collected at the time of booking to reserve your spot. This creates a clear exchange of energy and ensures your session time is fully secured. With everything taken care of beforehand, you can arrive knowing the space is ready for you — allowing you to relax completely and receive without needing to think about anything but your experience. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

 

 

Rescheduling or Cancelation:

Life happens, and I completely understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so I can offer your time to someone else who may be needing support.

Late Cancellations (under 24 hours):

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.

 

 

No-Shows:

If you don’t arrive for your scheduled time without notice, the full session fee will apply.

 

Emergencies & Illnesses:

I know unexpected things come up — especially with kids, health, or family. If you’re truly unwell or facing an emergency, please reach out and we’ll find a compassionate solution together.

 

Arriving Late:

To respect both of our schedules, sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time if you arrive late.
