Service Description

The Soul Dump Call... Because sometimes you just need to get it out. Your brain is full. Your heart is full. You've been holding it together for everyone else, and you need somewhere to just… dump it all. No judgement, no commitment, just you and a listening ear (all calls are confidential.) This is your space. Talk, vent, ramble, cry, process, complain, celebrate, overthink...whatever needs to come out, comes out. You don't have to organize your thoughts or arrive with a goal. You don't have to be “positive.” You don't have to have a solution. I'll listen and offer gentle reflection when it feels supportive. This isn't about fixing you. It's about creating space for you to be fully human, release what you've been carrying, and reconnect with yourself. A space to exhale and let it out. 30 minutes - $ 45 60 minutes - $ 75 ------------------------------------------------------------------- Want a little guidance after you’ve let it all out? Sometimes you just need to vent. Other times, once everything is out in the open, you want help sorting through it. Add a personalized Soul Note to your Soul Dump Call and I’ll follow up by email with thoughtful reflections on what came up, along with personalized guidance, journal prompts, grounding practices, or gentle next steps to support you moving forward. It’s a little something to take with you after our call, a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what you need. Add a Soul Note · $25 Available with either a 30- or 60-minute Soul Dump.

Cancellation Policy

Your session is a sacred time set aside just for you. When you book, I hold that space with care and intention — and I ask that you honor it too. ​ Booking: Payment is collected at the time of booking to reserve your spot. This creates a clear exchange of energy and ensures your session time is fully secured. With everything taken care of beforehand, you can arrive knowing the space is ready for you — allowing you to relax completely and receive without needing to think about anything but your experience. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Rescheduling or Cancelation: Life happens, and I completely understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so I can offer your time to someone else who may be needing support. Late Cancellations (under 24 hours): Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-Shows: If you don’t arrive for your scheduled time without notice, the full session fee will apply. Emergencies & Illnesses: I know unexpected things come up — especially with kids, health, or family. If you’re truly unwell or facing an emergency, please reach out and we’ll find a compassionate solution together. Arriving Late: To respect both of our schedules, sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time if you arrive late. Thank you for respecting these boundaries — they keep our work in balance and allow me to show up fully for you and for others.
